Horrible KFC

Your Bothasig branch is so disappointing. Went to the drive - thru this past weekend. Stood in a q with about 6 cars. Stood in the q for about 12 min before i reached the order box. Order 5 Oreo crushers and 2 very berry. Get told out of order!!! Want to order ice cream, sorry out of order. So now i am only at the order box, and still behind 3 cars. Now i have to wait and in total about 20-25 min sat idling my petrol out. This is pathetic to sit in a long q only to find out out of order. I waste my time and petrol . This is by no means the first time . This happened to me before and a couple of times when i went in. Why is this branch always out of order with ice creams and crushers!!! Its summer and that is popular items .Do you think its fun sitting in a car with kids looking forward to ice creams and crushers for 25 min , only to find out out of order . This branch is pathetic . The manager does not give a dam about customers. They put no signs out saying out of order and make you stand in long q's wasting your petrol and time . Had to go to Steers opposite and get ice creams. Employ new people or pay your dam staff more so that they can at least look like they interested in their customers. I guess this is Wat you get from companies that obviously pay their staff peanuts. They reflect on the way they get treated. BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!
