Horrible ice cream

To who this may concern

On the 25th of August 2024 i bought ice cream at KFC Krugersdorp CBD

I am extremely upset and disappointed in your Chocolate and mixed berry ice cream.

1st of all the ice cream was like water 2th the chocolate was old 3th the mixed berry was sour 4th i found hair in my ice cream as not one of the staff members was wearing hair nets. 5th the service was exstremely bad i had to wait more then a half hour for 3 ice creams

I would like to get feedback on this as i am exstremely upset and this is completely unacceptable.
