Horrible Horrible service from KFC

I can not for the life of me understand... The principle is very simple if you do not like your job, stay at home. The staff and experiences at all KFC branches is shocking and horrific to say the least. I'm even puzzled as to why people bother buying from KFC when their service is this bad. Either there is a lack of training from the company or staff are purposely treating customers like they owe them something... Especially now with the uncertain times around Covid you should make customers feel welcome and treat them with respect or how else do you expect your business to be successful considering its a risk going out to take away stores.... I would seriously advise you to relook your operation strategy. I'm a mere person who treats people with respect and dignity and expect merely a fraction of respect especially if you are in the industry that you are. I will definitely not visit any of the KFC stores and will encourage my friends family and extended to do the same. People always think it's just another complaint, this won't affect us, this is not that bad, but I can assure you the experiences is real and it is horrible. I'm sure there is many people out there with the same experiences and does not speak up. Never have I ever in my life made a complain regarding anything but this, this is unacceptable.
