Horrible horrible old chicken

Terrible terrible and most horrible chicken ever. This is the 2nd time I'm buying from KFC in Hout Bay and the chicken is old and tough and chewed almost 10 minutes on a piece. Disgusting and most horrible. I wonder if I'm going to get a response because I never do....this was delivered by Mr d delivery
