Horrible Food

I have been disappointed now for some time in KFC's meals but tonight has just added the cherry on the cake! Not only did we spend yet again nearly R400 on a meal consisting of some chicken pieces, coleslaw, mash and gravy but that money would have been better spent at a local Food *****s or Spar where I could have bought a whole roasted chicken and a fresh salad with fresh REAL mashed potatoes for way under R400. The chicken pieces I bought were placed in an over-sized bucket with a lid that was way too small hence the old chicken was even colder, they were dry (as if from this morning's batch) and the mash was two thirds a watery disgusting gravy and hardly no mash. Zinger wings had no "zing" at all. Last week, the coleslaw was pure mayo and hardly any cabbage.? Tonight's coleslaw had cabbage and no mayo?? Chicken was way dark and over fried. What is going on with you people? Is there no QC at store level or do you think you are feeding the ***s? For lack of a better word, my children used the word "MIF" for tonight's meal and it was left as we purchased it. I am now cooking a home cooked meal which they have chosen to wait for instead of eating the KFC. I am sorry but you guys are going to lose a lot of business and when children prefer to eat a home cooked chicken soup that will only be ready after 9pm at night instead of consuming your food then you know it is a serious problem. The KFC I grew up with and the KFC you are serving today is not the same thing. Sadly, we will not be eating KFC anymore and will be opting for a much healthier eating lifestyle going forward. Our children deserve better than the ******* you are selling..
