Horrible experience No Chips

What a horrible experience I had at KFC Baywest Mall. Waited 30min for my order after I was told 20min got home and had no chips which I paid for. The staff was having an argument in front of the customer. My order was 141 and people who ordered after me got their food first. The only good thing was the chicken was fresh but I would have enjoyed it more with my chips. I will never go to Baywest Mall KFC again. First time and the last time.
