Horrible experience at Motherwell shopping center

Thigh chicken was undercooked ,I call a staff to check the blood .she went to call a manager .came manager Sabelo and told me the piece of chicken it's almost finished ,how can he a decision to pay me back my money or give me another piece.i asked him as a concerned manager all think about it's the chicken that I ate not blood that I ate .now he wanted to twist words ,couldn't come up with an apology and solution that was 15:02 .he left the table telling me ,he is gonna bring someone else he never did .I stood up by 10 past tell the lady I'm leaving ,I dnt have time for .she ask me to wait a little bit .she is gonna a manager ,here comes a lady she said she a manager .wasn't wearing name tag .told my story from the top .she showed me the chicken ,the is no blood .I told her your staff and sabelo the did see the blood b4.she apologize and gave me the meat .I'm sorry to say this I enjoy your all star box besides the chicken ,but your management is pathetic.Sabelo doesn't know how to approach a customer attitude is zero facial expression,body language Bad Bad 🚩🚩🚩🚩 customer services ever
