HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

my name is kgothatso ntshebele write this email in frustration of the appalling service I received this morning at kfc park central in Noord, to cut the long story short I was there at 6:10 waiting outside the shop in expectation that the shop would open at 6;30 as per the operating hours on the door only to receive horrible service from the employees at the store, I have never received such attitude and arrogance for a service that I was not going to get for free but to pay for, one of the workers opened the doors at half past six and I went into the store after waiting outside when i got in some rude lady asked me how I got into the store and I advised her that obviously through the door as it was opened she shouted at the top of her voice demanding that I leave the shop and wait outside they'll only open at 7 and that she hasn’t cashed her till and the food will be ready at half past seven she shouted at the guy who was opening the door to get me out of the store I asked them politely what time do you guys open because on the door it says you open at 6;30 however you're advising me that the food will only be ready in an hour what kind of customer service is this why didn’t you just write that you open at half past seven since you’ll serve the food then, they went and locked the door while I while still inside and they continued walking around inside the shop as if I was not there I waited hoping that I’d get assistance while the other customers where standing outside in awe wondering why I had been locked inside and why the store isn't opening, I knocked on the window around to seven as I was getting late for work they still ignored me knocked again to get their attention so I can leave the shop still no answer until some guy came from the back to open the door for me, I asked him whose the manager that is supposed to ensure that the store is up and running at half six and he said there are many managers he doesn’t know their names I asked for his name and he said he doesn’t have, They don’t even have name tags on,I informed him that I will report him and he's workers and he said I can go ahead nothing will be done to them they'll still work, this ruined my entire morning I cannot believe that the staff at that store are so miserable so early in the morning, I didn’t go there with an intention to argue with them but to buy food that I was going to pay for, kind request as a client there are a lot of unemployed people in the country kindly hire people who honestly need the job and wouldn’t give your customers a service such as which I received today, I believe there are cameras at the store please view todays footage to see what i am talking about. now I have to order online and pay a delivery fee whereas I was at the store in the morning
