horrible drive thru service at KFC

<p>The lady that helped us at KFC brackenfell was unprofessional and rude. When our order came the chips was cold. When we complained about it we got a very ****y comment...." dont you have a microwave". This is unexceptable. Not only was our chips cold but what was supposed to be twisters looked like cheap pancakes. This is disgusting. Terrible service.</p>
