Horrible customer service/delivery

Ordered lunch today for delivery. After waiting over an hour Driver says he can’t deliver to me I’m too far. I call kfc get a voucher and order again. App says I got my food when I didn’t. I call again and get given another voucher told I must use at the store. I get to kfc melrose and told it cand be used I need a Ycode. I refuse tell them to try then they tell me the voucher had been disabled. After driving out to get food!!! Next I call the contact center and tell them to refund me gentleman dropped the call. What did I do to deserve such poor customer service? Iv experienced this before from KFC. Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant
