Horrible customer service query not attended to for 2 months

2nd Review my query still not resolved. they are just sending me back and forth, I need my refund please it has been 2 months already. I have submitted all the proof and was called to go to the KFC in Promenade {Drive-thru} for nothing waste of my time and more money. Please resolve this matter.
