Horrible customer service KFC melkbosstrand

KFC in melkbosstrand don't give even a little bit of a **** about customer service. Ladies there were very rude and dismissive. And then my 10 piece dunked wings came out dryer than zinger wings, when I showed them how dry they were they said I must pay extra if I want them to dunk them again in the sauce. I always buy dunked wings at KFC blouberg and never had my wings come out this dry. Just the careless and rude attitude alone was one thing then the food also. I'm disappointed that this is how your staff treat paying customers
