Horrible Customer service in the drive through.

Last I visited the KFC outlet on the N12 in Irene Park, Klerksdorp. I went into the drive through and I was assisted by a lady called Rose. This lady was spectacularly rude to me when I asked about their lunch box meal variations and contents thereof. She refused to explain anything to me and raised her voice rudely at me as if she were speaking to a little child. I was the only one in line so I doubt she can blame it on the frustration of high clientele volume.
