Horrible customer service at KFC

I’m very disappointed by the treatment from KFC TUBATSE CROSSING IN BURGERSFORT.

First I ordered online, paid my order and went to collect but when I got there I was told that I was supposed to come and confirm the order in person before they can prepare it wow!

Second time I went there in person orders on those self help machines took a picture of my order number and also received it on WhatsApp. After some time I came back to collect they told me that I was supposed to wait for the slip and someone already collected my order well **** it I had to fight for them to prepare my order from scratch like ***!!

Third time I did exactly as they explained place your order pay, and wait for the slip print out….ahhhh now their printer was not working and they were like ohk you can go as long you have the number on the phone, I come back my order not processed because of the nonsense slip I had to wait again….yoooo their customer service is zero, their wings are not hot at all, few weeks back they failed to make jalapeño friends imagine!!!!!

Now yesterday I ordered a separate hot n spicy sauce, they decided to put it in the twister when I realized that I took it back and I was told that when you order a separate sauce “they assume “ that you want in your meal. Hhaybo😬😬😬😬

They wthen took the twister and gave me a separate sauce in a mash container and they did something like a z shape and gave it to me with attitude and told me that I need to understand that the sauce on the kiosk special is only for display !!!!

I had the worst experience and multiple time, something should be done. KFC SA train your staff.

In all these instances the staff was just laughing and even told me that I’m complaining for a R6 sauce!!! as if I went there for handouts n***xx.
