Horrible customer service

I have ordered a meal from kfc online witbank 3, and 2 hrs later my food has not been delivered, typing this with a growling tummy,then I call the help line and they told me to collect it myself or cancel the order.Just wasted my time and money .pathetic customer service. Just spent extra R80 to collect by bolt.Plus they've deducted delivery fees......
