Horrible customer service

On Monday the 21st of December 2015 at 19:54, I drove through KFC and received the worst customer service from the lady that was on duty. She kept speaking to her co-worker, Nhlanhla, while I was trying to place my order. The menu at this specific KFC is dark and one cannot see it. When I asked her to tell me of the variety they had, she kept asking me about gravy. She could not tell me about their variety because she didn't seem to even understand what the word \variety"meant because I was forced to elaborate in a vernacular language.
