Horrible customer service

went to Sesfikile square to buy a Hawaiian twister at 2 :09pm, I paid and waited for the food. 5 minutes later, they tell me that they don't have pineapple but someone went to get it so they will deliver my food at my workplace as we work in the same complex. No one pitched with my food. Lunch hour passed and it's almost my knock off time, still nothing from them. I tried to call them but their phone has been engaged. Please advise on what I should do with this issue.

I called their customer care line, they said they were going to call me back, they didn bother giving me feedback on the matter. I had to follow up on them and still I hasn't happy with the way they are handling the matter. They said the area coach will contact me and I haven't heard anything from them.
