Horrible Customer Service!

I am highly disappointed by the horrible service that i have received by a staff member in KFC earlier on today. firstly i have approached one of the staff ladies to place my order and she was so arrogant towards me, just giving attitude whilst taking my order. I have repeated myself over 3 times as she just acted as if she didn't understand what i was order, giving me horrible looks. After i have placed my order, i did realize that i forgot my wallet at my office. I have kindly asked her to please process my order as i was going to fetch my wallet and just come back to pay & fetch my meal. Taking into consideration that i have a short 1/2 hour break.

She made her face funny and didn't even tell me if she could do that for me and just started walking away from me (at the counter)as she engaged in some conversation with the other ladies in Zulu. So i called her and asked her if she could do that ? and she just told me so arrogantly that she will process my order and have it ready when i get back.

I got into my car and drove back to my office to get my wallet with the intention that my order has already been placed and i wouldn't need to wait long at the store.

When i got back to the franchise(KFC Florida rd-Durban ) - i approached the lady at the counter and asked her if my order is read. She then asked me what my order was and i told her. She told me that the lady hasn't processed my order and she would need to do it again which mean i would had to wait even longer to get my meal. Even thou it was my mistake of leaving my wallet behind, the least the staff members can do is be HELPFUL and RESPECTFUL towards the customers.

I was disgusted by her attitude and wrongfully telling me that i would come to fetch my food and pay for it as she has already processed it. During this time i have taken more than 1/2 hour break as i had to now go and get something else to eat which wouldn't take that long.

I am very disappointed as i am a frequent customer at the franchise and usually get great service. I hope the staff are reprimanded for this so it never happens to someone else again!
