Horrible customer service

I was at the KFC behind the sars office in Baragwanath soweto. we tried using my FNB card to swipe for the meal bought on the 23/08/2018 around midnight. The person assisting us was Bongani of which he states he is the supervisor. He told me my card isnt working its declining but there was funds on it. Only to find out the machine is the one not working after a long 20min. There was no apology i couldnt get my order the service was horrible especially coming from supervisor.
