Horrible customer service

My husband went to KFC Rustenburg Triangle this evening and waited almost an hour for our food while people behind him with bigger orders were being assisted. I'm disgusted in the treatment he received, they didn't even give us our money back because we had to leave that order and go buy something else at McDonald's. I hope those people working there enjoy our order that wasn't refunded
