horrible customer and time delay

arrived at the drive thru at 10:02 and the window was closed and had to hoot for attention. i ordered Streetwise 5. proceeded to the collection window. i waited and waited. after about 5 minutes Palesa opened the collection window and asked if im the one who ordered the Streetwise 5. i confirmed and she told that the order will take 15 minutes because the person who took the order didnt send it forward to the kitchen to be prepared. i was not happy about that... Palesa then asked me to go the parking area and they will bring my order. in the parking loti waited for a further 20 minutes without the order being brought to me. i went inside the store to find out what is going on. the order was still not ready. i waited a further 10 minutes in the store waiting for my order. i left the establishment at 10:35 with my order finally in my hands. can i also state that i never received an apology for the delay.
