horrible client service / non existing / do not even try to help ....

whent to KFC this morning .... whent into the establishment to place an order .... "personell" does not even acknowledge us the client ... order e****ent does not work .... stood around for 5 minutes ... after being ignored the holw 5 minutes .... i asked aloud for help and then "I AM BUSY" was my reply ......

walked out without bing helped .... without even being acknowledged .... horrible .... terrible .... and this is the second time this has happened in the same business months apart ....
