Horrible burnt taste

All the food tasted like it was cooked with burnt oil. We bought 3 fully loaded box meals and 2 of the 3 were *****ed with that horrible taste, completely ruined the meal and was a waste of money. Couldn't return as they were closed for lockdown hours.
