Horrible burnt food

Good day

I just bought 3 big chicken pops and 3 small chicken pops from KFC Mafikeng Station Road and it was horrible. I waited an hour for the pops. They only gave it after and hour and it was burnt pitch black and very dry. How do they expect kids to eat such food. I will never buy anything from them anymore. Their service are pathetic.
