Horrible - Bad and pathetic service all round from KFC

Pathetic and horrible experience from KFC Fourways Crosssing - I order food receive the wrong order then get called to say that it will be corrected but there is no one that can deliver my food, then I get the 2nd delivery and the food is wrong again and the boxes are all smashes almost as if it was dine intentionally also the lady that called me by the name of Thandi did not even apologize or call to check on the order, the poor delivery had to get all the shouting and see what was wrong and if he agreed that the service was terrible.
