Horrible

Placed an order at 19:30 only for them to tell me at 20:30 they couldn't deliver. The money was deducted from my account and never refunded.

I contacted KFC by email and they have not yet assisted. This isn't the first time running into issues with this franchise and I will never support KFC again.

Your quality has decreased so much over the years and you should be ashamed.
