Horrible attitude and service

Firstly this is the million time ive experienced bad service from kfc plumstead Ordered 3 box meals, they were given in a packet separate causing the mash to fall all in the chips. I then asked to get it sorted was told there are no boxes. We called a manager she said the ladies are lazy there are boxes. *** then got cooldrink with no holder... When speaking to the manager Audrey she had worse attitude than the rest She refused to help, spoke in her language when I asked what she will do about it. Still didn't assist. This is disgusting and needs to be sorted out. Feedback needs to given. Or else...this has turned me off even wanting to eat
