Horrible and Swearing (****ED UP)

Went to KFC pallvion and when I got to store I saw the screen that displays the menu was off and when I asked the lady where they offline she she just shock her shoulders away after placing our order we went on the other side my wife was talking to the manager and asking about the screens and asking if she could change her cool drink for a coffee he said THE COFFEE MACHINE IS ****ED UP How on God good earth does someone speak to customer like that and after that we received ours meals which was horrible and horribly done my wife took her zinger burger back show me the small chicken fillet they put her burger he told her he would sort it out and told her today is being A ****ED UP MONDAY!!!!! IS THIS HOW KFC TRAIN MANAGERS
