Horrible

I was at KFC in Westgate a few days ago and I must say the service is horrible, we had to wait because a customer changed their mind and apparently that cannot be voided. So we had to wait for someone to buy streetwise 3. This is very bad and I don't think I will be visiting KFC anymore.
