HORRIBLE

So my colleague saved money the entire week to buy a meal at kfc however to her surprise it ended up in horror. She ordered a wrap that when received was literally burned a photo can be shown. It was brought to the stores attention and it was replaced with one better looking but when she bit into it there were white fibers... Very of putting. the staff then took it back to the kitchen and a cashier brought her money back and said sorry we can make the meal again here is your money buy something else. ... That is not the way to handle a hungry ****ed off customer.... this particula branch suffer from staff that suffering from a serious attitude... this very branch has disappointed me various times before as well and it seems as they do not learn from mistakes. when we till then about there mistakes and that we going to headoffice to complain they talk to us cause head office is going to say we must call you...

it is a matter of which headoffice should be aware of the complaints from this branch if it does not get reported is will never be rectified
