Hooliganism at KFC... Disgusting.

I don't even know where to start, I don't even know if this is worth my time. I want to first say this I am utterly disgusted by KFC in Pinetown, Josiah Gumede road. if this is how KFC really operates than we have a very big issue. So Me and my friends stood in a queue for about 10 minutes waiting to order KFC wings only to be told the wings are finished and will not be prepared. I then requested to use the restrooms as I was a bit pressed. I was told the keys to the restrooms are gone with the security guard and he cannot be found. This is a norm with all KFC's in Pinetown, we provided food but we cannot relive ourselves, ok thank you KFC. This is not all because it gets worse my friend then asked what security company is this, she was straight up told to mind her business, we were then sworn and even called ugly by 2 ladies one of them named Phamela her surname is Ndlovu Was told by a "Manager" don't even think this is true. This is not the first this KFC is doing this and nothing gets done and this problem persists. So my question is must we get beaten up by hooligans that works for KFC before something gets done? Or is this what this brand represent? What must happen before this behaviour is corrected and eliminated?
