Hlabisa KFC, worst service ever!

I have been a loyal customer at KFC for as long as I can remember. I have bought in almost every province I go to, but this, has to be the worst service ever. I just recently relocated to KwaHlabisa and as usual I frequent the KFC franchise there. But the service has gone from bad to worse. Try ordering a chocolate sundae from there, my word. Horrific the chocolate syrup is put like ketchup over the icecream and you habe to ask for a s**** to mix it before it freezes. You ask for assistance , no one is available to help with pick ups. You query the long queues and theres only 1 cashier . No one even dares to respond. Oh well, they just lost a very loyal customer and im pretty sure more are coming.
