Hillcrest KFC orders take 2 hours

Unexpectable!!!! Over an hour and a half and we were still waiting for our order. I tried to phone the branch and after the 10th call they finally answered only to say oh sorry we didn't see your order. Its on the way....I am left asking REALLY?????
