Highly disappointed service

I tried to buy the newly advertised zinger burger meal, today at KFC Windfarm. I was told 10 minute wait after 22 minutes my number was on board ready to collect when I approached counter they said another 2 minutes. After 5 or so minutes my number disappeared off board and none one seem to bothered to give me any update. I then inquired and the staff found it necessary to speak in their language when I became irritated and asked for my money back. Never have I ever had such terrible service from kFC. I am truly disappointed
