hiding from redeeming vouchers

<p>Pathetic service from not only staff but area managers aswel. No wonder the staff are so arrogant and rude, look at their superiors. KFC chatsworth, shallcross, Musgrave and pavilion refuse to redeem a wi-code voucher. Conveniently they refuse to assist from the beginning of December because the voucher expires on the 31st of December. It's extremely disappointing knowing that such a big brand which i have been supporting all my life can actually refuse a voucher which by the way was issued by them.</p>
