Health and Hygiene Standards

At 12:55 I purchased a 6 piece meal at KFC Meadowpoint Shopping Centre, on receiving the order the lady who was attending to it, dropped the s****s on the floor and simply picked them up and put them inside my food bag, which is absolutely disgusting, I then questioned her about the basic SOP of KFC which she failed to answer. I feel that Township based restaurants have a tendency of assuming that all customers turn a blind eye to certain unacceptable behaviors. My suggestion would be that staff be trained on the SOP again.
