Hawaiian Twister with no chicken

I had purchased the BoxxIT and selected my combination to include a Hawaiian Twister, zinger wings and a small serving of pops. After arrival at home and sitting down to eat my meal (after an extremely long day at the office - hence the purchase of take-out) I realised that the Hawaiian Twister had no chicken in the wrap. As you will note, I selected the nature of complaint as a breach of contract, which it is in terms of the contract of sale where an offer and respective obligation exists. I made the offer to purchase the Twister with the expectation of receiving what I purchased in return. This was not the case as the obligation to make due on what was purchased was never met. <br> <br> It must be mentioned that this is also a recently opened KFC in Pretoria and that I even made a donation towards the add hope campaign. I hope the staff did not mistake my monetary donation to mean my chicken.
