Hate KFC........bad service

Worse service ever....ordered online at KFC Empire Road in Parktown, on the 26 of August 2020 at 19:55 And my order number was Nonhlanhla ***. And waited for an hour and I consultant the customer service talked to Neo who adviced me that the driver who is suppose to deliver my food was still at the shop. Mind you i made an immediate payment of R257. Then again I called after an hour and was told that the driver left the shop with my order and was on his way. Then at 21:47pm my order was cancelled and that time I took an uber to the store only to find that store was closed and they closed at 21:00pm. Had to uber back to work....and my payment was reversed but my bank charges ? So I will never order or eat at KFC again.....hate it
