HAS KFC LOST IT'S DECENCY?!

My family and I visited the drive through over the past weekend. We placed our order at the first counter and then proceeded to the next window to pay. Please note we waited approximately 15 minutes in the queue with our kids who were by then extremely hungry as the smell of KFC kind of does that. We get to the window to collect our order and are then told we will have to wait 25 minutes as the masala chicken was not ready. I then asked why were we not told this at the point of order. My kids wanted this KFC and my husband then stayed behind to ensure our kids did receive their chicken and we carried on home. Needless to say after all the time wasted when we bit into the masala chicken it was ****** red and one could taste the masala was tasting uncooked and seemed to have been rushed.

This was most disappointing and sorry KFC although we only supported you for our kids enjoyment. We have been dismally disappointed with your service and please note our meal cost us R200!!!!
