Hard old dry Chicken burgers

I ordered from MRD and Ubet eats from KFC : Woodmead, many times thinking that they will get it right this time, usually around 17hoo - 18hoo, the chicken on the burger is always dry and very hard to bite into, clearly this is old stock that was fried during the morning and left to just sit there and has resulted in this issue. Leaving a reply on these apps does not help at all = money wasted as one cannot eat it and have to waste time and money placing another order.
