Hard coleslaw for dinner

My husband returned from the store close to home with KFC for supper, only to find both the coleslaw bowls were frozen solid, had no expiry date label on and had an unpleasant smell. How does one serve substandard food items and expect customers to pay full price?

Whenever one goes through the drive thru you're told " Please reverse your car, no, a bit more back please" and there you wait many minutes while your food is being prepared. Always! If on a day you're suddenly followed by a car they ask you to wait anything from 15 minutes onwards for your already paid for item in the parking lot. No sense of urgency or pride whatsoever in the service being delivered.
