Happy with KFC Prompt response

I had ordered 2 twister meals two weeks back at KFC Vosloorus (Gold Spot) and we only realized after we had arrived at home that they only packed us 1 packet of chips. the next morning, I sent a complain to the KFC customer service email to explain what happened and they gave me a call within an hour to give me a reference number for a streetwise one meal. I just took that case number and went to KFC Vosloorus to collect my meal, they apologized and gave me my Streetwise one meal, thank you for the prompt response to my complain, thank you again
