Good evening<br> <br> I would just like to thank the staff from KFC Gezina for their fantastic service this evening. It's the 25th today (payday), so you can only imagine how busy the branch are during days like these.<br> <br> I have worked in retail before, so trust me, the amount of pressure there is to keep it together and keeping your customers happy can be quite a task. Therefore I would like to thank the staff for making me smile tonight even though I was extremely exhausted. I can only imagine how tired they must have been as well. <br> <br> A warm smile is the universal language of kindness. It lifts people up. My heart is filled with gratitude, and I would really like to express my sincere appreciation to every staff member working at the branch.
