Half portions / Slow Service

Went to the KFC in Mangrove beach centre North Beach Durban on Saturday @ 12:44 to get my little one something to eat after taking him to the doctor. There was only one lady taking orders and one lady packing orders despite quiet a queue. My order arrived after about 15 minutes but what really annoyed me is that the burger meal and pops with the chips were placed in the bag before the box master was ready so by the time the order was completed, the chips and pops were already cold, and to add insult to injury the chips box wasn't even completely full so the two chips from the two regular meals which we were going to share with our little one was not nearly enough. This is my first time at this store and my LAST time too. I am happy to pay for good for but very unhappy when I pay full price and don't receive my full order timeously and warm.<br>
