Half-filled Coleslaw / Wort Customer service

We bought 2 regular Coleslaw from them, and both was half filled, and the best part is that it is almost R20 per serving for 2 bites. This is ridicules. I put a complaint with them, and no feedback was received. Worst customer service ever.
