Half done food

Something really needs to be done at the KFC at King Shaka international airport firstly their service is pathetic they are absolutely rude. They take forever for your order and dont advise when stock is available they make you wait. Also more importantly someone needs to look at the quality of their food on about 3 occassions now their food was half done twice on burger meals and once the chicken was absolutely half cooked. When theres an audit they on 5 star service but thats hardly the case everyday. Their management needs to be looked at as they are also unapproachable.
