Half cooked meal and rude service when lodging the complaint

On Tuesday the 10th of September 2024, I went to the KFC in Phillipi Junction Mall and ordered a Streetwise 2 with chips and a regular Coke. After eating it for while, I discovered a strange taste to the meat which made me nauseous and I discovered that the meat is uncooked as you reach the bones. I called the assistant who was on the floor to explain this and he told me that I'm the one who is uncooked and that the meat is deep fried for 30 minutes before they serve it to the customer. I then asked her to bring me her manager who reiterated the same thing and went as far as to insult me claiming that I don't even appear as the calibre of KFC clientele, he also told me that I don't know anything about KFC and fried chicken as whole because I seem to appear from a poor background and this is my first time eating KFC. This is offended me greatly because I left the store nauseous and even vomited at the public toilets as the Phillipi Junction Mall, I have even taken a photograph of the food and I am disappointed with KFC for such treatment as it also happened in full glare of other patrons. My order number was 182 for the day, I had to submit the receipt for accounting purposes and I am also aware that the KFC store has cameras and they can prove my attendance at the store between 11h30 and 12h30 on Tuesday
