Half a box of pops for full price

I Just came from Muizenberg store Capricorn Park, the service was extremely slow, I waited about 12 minutes for a small pops, people in the queue started complaining about how slow it is, This is not even my main reason why I am upset.

I got the pop and all so eager to get home, when arriving at home the box was only half filled, My 1 year old only took out one pop, I through out the pops and counted only 8 pops in the box, every other kfc I go to the box is completely filled to the top and not half.
