Hairy, oily, boiled chicken

Today my husband and I decided to order in with Mr d, and decided to get KFC from bluff road, delivery was excellent, food was ready before time and delivered on time, so we ordered the KFC all in 1, which comes with 6pc of chicken, 2mash and gravy, 2colesaw, 2 reg chips, and 10 hot wings... Upon opening the box, we find 5 pieces of Chicken that tastes like it was just boiled and there was alot of hair in every piece of chicken, including the hot wings, mash and gravy was waterish and oily... This is very disappointing as this is the 2nd time I bought from here and this had happened... This is really unacceptable and could make people sick..
