Hair in my food

On Tuesday , 2 June 2020 , I bought two streetwise two meals at KFC , Avonwood . In one of the boxes there was a hair. I return back to the franchise , to report the matter to the manager. She didn't apologise properly and it took while before she attended to my matter. After that I phone head office about the bad service I received. The consultant said I must send an email to report the matter. I did so the same day. I still haven't received any feedback from them ever since.
